Accuracy and Sourcing
- Official sources first: town, county, school districts, utilities, and managing organizations.
- Every guide carries a last-reviewed date.
- Research that is incomplete stays in draft.
Language We Avoid
- Claims of guaranteed appreciation or "undiscovered" areas.
- Unsupported "best schools" or ranking claims.
- Describing a whole town by one setting.
- Demographic descriptions of neighborhoods.
